General conditions of sale \u2013 Haussmann Prestige<\/strong><\/h1>\n

<\/h2>\n

Clause No. 1: Purpose<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations
\nof the company Haussmann Prestige located at 5 rue de Reims 45000 Orl\u00e9ans and its
\ncustomer as part of the services offered on its site and this without
\nexception.
\nAny service performed by the company Haussmann Prestige therefore implies
\nthe buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.<\/p>\n

Clause No. 2: Price<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The prices of the services offered are those in force on the day of booking.
\norder. They are denominated in euros and calculated excluding taxes. By way of
\nConsequently, they will be increased by the VAT rate and any additional costs.
\napplicable on the day of the order.
\nThe Haussmann Prestige company grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time.
\nmoment. However, it undertakes to invoice the services ordered at the prices

Clause No. 3: Discounts, rebates and rebates<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Clause No. 5: Payment terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Payment for orders is made:
\n\u2022 Either by bank card;
\n\u2022 Either by PayPal.
\nWhen registering the order, the buyer must pay the total price.<\/p>\n

Clause No. 6: Late payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In the event of total or partial failure to pay services at most on the day of
\nupon receipt of these, the buyer must pay the company Haussmann Prestige a
\nlate payment penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate.
\nThe legal interest rate used is that in force on the day the service is provided.
\nservice.<\/p>\n

From January 1, 2015, the legal interest rate will be revised every 6 months
\n(Order No. 2014-947 of August 20, 2014).
\nThis penalty is calculated on the amount including tax of the amount remaining due, and runs to
\nfrom the expiry date of the price without any prior notice
\nis not necessary.
\nIn addition to late payment compensation, any sum, including the deposit, not paid to its
\ndue date will automatically produce the payment of a lump sum compensation of 40
\neuros due for recovery costs.
\nArticles 441-6, I paragraph 12 and D. 441-5 of the Commercial Code.<\/p>\n

Clause no. 7: Termination clause<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If within fifteen days following the implementation of the clause "Delay of
\npayment ", the buyer has not paid the remaining sums due, the sale
\nwill be resolved automatically and may give rise to the right to compensation for damages and
\ninterests for the benefit of the Haussmann Prestige company.<\/p>\n

Clause No. 8: Provision of service<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The service provision is consumed on the day it becomes due according to the
\nconditions provided for on the day of the order.
\nThe dates and times of transport services are given as an approximation.
\nConsequently, any reasonable delay in the performance of the services will not
\nmay not give rise to the benefit of the buyer:
\n\u2022 The award of damages;
\n\u2022 Cancellation of the order.<\/p>\n

Clause No. 9: Force majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The liability of the Haussmann Prestige company cannot be held
\nworks if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations
\ndescribed in these general conditions of sale arises from a case of force
\nmajor. As such, force majeure means any external event,
\nunpredictable and irresistible within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n

Clause no. 10: Withdrawal period<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The obligation is imposed by article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code:
\nArticle L221-18
\nThe consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right to
\nwithdrawal from a contract concluded remotely, following telephone canvassing<\/p>\n

or outside the establishment, without having to justify their decision or to support other
\ncosts than those provided for in articles L. 221-23 to L. 221-25.
\nThe period mentioned in the first paragraph runs from the day:
\n\u2013 The conclusion of the contract, for service provision contracts and
\nthose mentioned in article L. 221-4;<\/p>\n

Clause n\u00b011: Data protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Clause No. 12: Competent court<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions
\nof sale is subject to French law.
\nFailing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court.
